Inaugural Signing of the Certificates Pics
After all the hard work, which is still not finished...THIS IS ONE OF THE NICE PARTS! The first signing of the first ever ScholarCHIPS, scholarship recipients! Grandma says to me as a joke..."Who do you think you are President Obama?!" lolz why...YES, but of course! :)
